Honeymoon Covered Bridge in Jackson New Hampshire


The Honeymoon Covered Bridge, also known as "Covered Bridge number 51" in Jackson New Hampshire. The bridge was constructed in 1876 by Charles Broughton and his son, and spanning 120 feet over the Ellis River, it was nicknamed the Honeymoon bridge due to lovers kissing underneath it and the local tradition continues to this day. The residents of Jackson, NH are proud of their bridge and celebrate it yearly with a Covered Bridge dance.

Brian MacLean is the father of two children. He is a local Massachusetts photographer who discovered his passion for photography 20 years ago after using his brothers camera. Brian enjoys shooting nature and landscape.
